Transforming Modest Activewear for Women
For years, our Breethe founder Zaheeda Chauke, based in South Africa, delayed starting her health and fitness journey due to not having Modest clothing options to wear at the gym and physical activities. She is now an aspiring Elite Powerlifter, lifting heavy weights in the gym - Squats, Deadlifts, Benchpress, Lunges, stretches.
She, like many Muslim women, improvised gym clothes for nearly a year before deciding to create a Modest Activewear line called Breethe - that is authentically modest while optimizing movement, and of course looking stylish.
Muslim women and all women who desire coverage while exercising, deserve to go to the gym, hiking, jogging, to workout feeling empowered to get fitter and healthier without distractions from what she wears.
Our fabric is Cooling, Sweat Wicking (does not soak/absorb sweat), is Breethable. With UPF Sun protection of 50+, Breethe is suitable to wear outdoors. The tulip shaped slit on the front offers optimal movement while not neglecting modesty.
With our founder being Plus-Size herself, we believe Modest clothing can and should look modest on different body types!

Dri-Fit™ Dress- Black
This dress is my new favourite Breethe Activewear item. I just love how it fits, the comfort and convenience of not having to think about what to wear on top. It’s breathable without being see through which is amazing, I got ankle/calf length and because of that tulip design, it’s modest yet it still feels like gym-wear at the same time. I would love to get this item in black as well, I just love it.
I absolutely love my tulip skirt and leggings. They’re so comfortable & feel so modest - I’m not worried about anything showing during my workouts or when I’m on my walks. I looove that both the skirt and pants have pockets. I need to have a collection, I’m very satisfied.
Love this product , easy to move in it , breathable and oh so comfortable . Most of all love the modest fit and doesn’t show my shape at all.
Aslm. I have used the Tulip skirt in both fabrics and love how comfortable and lightweight it felt while being active. I could move freely. I would definitely recommend this product and eager to expand my collection IA
The material of the pants is soft, comfy and breathable. The pants also has a useful pocket, with a zip!
AGAIN, so impressed and pleased with my 3 modest dresses. They can be worn on any occasion as the material is not heavy or hot. They wash very nicely and don't need any/much ironing or steaming. Whilst training I can use my smart watch through the sleeve and the touchscreen works perfectly - very impressive to get a fabric that can do that, I don't have to roll my sleeves up every time. Super satisfied withe the knee length dresses - purchased 3 colours (black, coral blue, navy blue). The dresses have a modest fit and a perfect length. I went a size small to ensure that I don't look too bulky. The fabric is EXCELLENT - lightweight, soft to touch, sweat resistant and UV protected. The collar can be worn up or folded down and there's one pocket! So versatile - can be used for swimming, running, gyming, running errands. This is by far my most highly recommended product and best investment! Please support local businesses <3 :D

Recently tried out the skirt for cycling. It was comfortable, didn't get in the way, perfect length, and I felt adequately covered and modest on and off the bike. Thanks for an awesome product
I purchased the Navy knee length dress and after receiving it, I purchased another Black one. The fabric is excellent quality. The design is just right for all sports. I use mine for running. The material also protects me from the sun. The staff are superb. Will purchase in the future for sure.
